As you might know, the theming changed in GTK+ 3. We can now use CSS. However, one issue with that is that we don't have a default theme for GTK+ 3, and GTK+ 3 apps will look ugly.
Btw, related to this: I submitted delete requests for gtk3-engines and gtk3-engine-murrine, since they were using the old theming API. We might want to add gtk-theme-engine-clearlooks to Factory, though, since this one is using the new theming API. Opinions?
