[opensuse-gnome] Stardict 3.0.0

Hello all. Will Stardict 3.0.0 be included in new OpenSuse 10.3? Stardict 3.0.0 and some popular dictionaries for it have been already included in Fedora Development. Also I assume it would be good to include WyabdcRealPeopleTTS package. It is just many .wav files helping Stardict not just to display, but also to pronounce different words in English.
