[openFATE 306647] Make openFATE More Readable

For me, many texts are hard to read because the contrast is rather low (light gray on white, a grayish blue on gray, this gray on that gray–all this is often hard to read). Do not take me wrong: the Web UI looks very nice, but for readability I'd rather prefer black on white.
