I think there should be some guidance on how to boot from usb too on the site as a lot of people may not know how to do this from their bios. Use Case: The use case woudl look something like this - website offers to burn to disk, usb or provide a 'live version' - user selects option to install to usb - the user then accepts the option to download the usb installer - user launches the usb installer - usb installer launches and downloads the appropriate .iso file for that system - once downloaded it offers the option for write image to usb - users confirms and writes iso to usb Business case (Partner benefit): openSUSE.org: I think this will encourage adoption since a lot of new devices don't have CD drives any more. + Discussion: + #1: akash vishwakarma (vish_99) (2015-05-19 11:31:56) + Current iso is iso-hybrid format i.e. it can be directly copied on the + usb and used.
