Use Case: When a package is not deleted after processing changes, it becomes stale, and the Sources tab shows link error: conflict in file. The link error is due to the changes not fully accepted by the linked package. Note that reviewing compatible changes is supported, in which case the master package is accessible from the Sources pane.
