[New: openFATE 310793] Include Pacman and VLC repos in OBS
Feature added by: Carlo Strata (carlo_strata) Feature #310793, revision 1 Title: Include Pacman and VLC repos in OBS Buildservice: Unconfirmed Priority Requester: Desirable Requested by: Carlo Strata (carlo_strata) Partner organization: openSUSE.org Description: I think it's a good idea to include Pacman (and other historical OpenSuSE "external" repos) in the OBS directory. This if there aren't any legal troubles... Pacman may be inserted here http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/multimedia:/ or, better, at first level http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/ Thank you, Carlo p.s. Another external repo is VLC one: http://download.videolan.org/pub/videolan/vlc/SuSE/ Business case (Partner benefit): openSUSE.org: First there may be many synergies (and not many conflicts and human efforts waste) between Pacman and others OBS repos like Multimedia ones, KDE and also VLC one!!! Second I just fall in a pacman mirror no more updated and I must go back to the main and historic one http://packman.iu-bremen.de/suse/ Unify is the main verb! :-) -- openSUSE Feature: https://features.opensuse.org/310793
