[New: openFATE 313145] Split out kernel documentation from kernel-source
Feature added by: matthias propst (l1zard) Feature #313145, revision 1 Title: Split out kernel documentation from kernel-source Package Wishlist: Unconfirmed Priority Requester: Important Requested by: matthias propst (l1zard) Partner organization: openSUSE.org Description: Just was installing kernel-source package to get the fully documentation to the linux kernel in the the Documentation sub directory. This was also installing some kernel development packages. Would it not be better to package this information in the kernel-doc package or even better in an extra package. -- openSUSE Feature: https://features.opensuse.org/313145

And splitting packages up adds complexity, plus risks losing + files. I don't see a clear benefit here. -- openSUSE Feature: https://features.opensuse.org/313145
