[New: openFATE 308257] Partitioner: allow for adjusting layout when creatin raid10 (and maybe 5/6?)
Feature added by: Sinisa Bandin (siny) Feature #308257, revision 1 Title: Partitioner: allow for adjusting layout when creatin raid10 (and maybe 5/6?) openSUSE-11.3: Unconfirmed Priority Requester: Desirable Requested by: Sinisa Bandin (siny) Description: Because using "far" layout makes BIG difference in speed of array. Also makes possible extra-safe arrays with number of copies greater than 2, up to total number of storage devices. Not sure about raid5/6, I am not using them. -- openSUSE Feature: https://features.opensuse.org/308257

This is wonderful that we now have a possibility to setup Raid + 10 via Yast during the installation. And I would like to thank the + developers for the feature. However, it is a bit surprising that no + possibility is provided to adjust raid's layout (like "near" or "far"). + It would be nice if there was one. -- openSUSE Feature: https://features.opensuse.org/308257
