Feature changed by: Jaime Gascon Romero (feliciano28) Feature #312293, revision 2 Title: Option to disable disk check on certian volumes in YaST openSUSE Distribution: Unconfirmed Priority Requester: Important Requested by: Dean Hilkewich (deanjo13) Partner organization: openSUSE.org Description: This is one really really really annoying feature in yast. Here is the scenario, you have a machine with a bunch of storage drives, drives that are normally kept full. Everytime you enter something like package management in YaST it pops up a low disk space warning. This warning should only apply for volumes where YaST utilizes for it's files (such as download cache, home, etc). A HTPC for example often has volumes full to the max. + Relations: + - Disable YAST checks for unrelated installation filesystems + (novell/bugzilla/id: https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=960162) + https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_b... + Discussion: + #1: Jaime Gascon Romero (feliciano28) (2016-01-04 17:53:00) + YAST warns of low space in file systems unrelated with the real + installation directories. This behavior is confusing for new users that + thinks that YAST installs files outside the system directories.
