The user has moved his page to http://savannah.nongnu.org/projects/storebackup The direct link to the download page is http://www.very-clever.com/download/nongnu/storebackup/ (http://www.very-clever.com/download/nongnu/storebackup/) There also is a large PDF file available The reason the new version is much better is because there has been a huge increase in speed of backing up over e.g. NFS or rsync.
