Feature changed by: Christoph Thiel (cthiel1) Feature #306767, revision 12 Title: Yast2 package manager: add more filters openSUSE-11.2: Rejected by Michael Löffler (michl19) reject date: 2009-08-11 14:47:06 reject reason: too late for 11.2, moved to 11.3 Priority Requester: Desirable openSUSE-11.3: Evaluation by engineering manager Priority Requester: Desirable Projectmanager: Desirable Requested by: Vincent Petry (pvince81) Product Manager: Federico Lucifredi (flucifredi) Partner organization: openSUSE.org Description: It would be nice to have the following additional filters, maybe in the "view" menu: 1) Only show the packages that have a major version update 2) Same as 1) with minor version 3) Only show packages that appeared since the last refresh (see https://features.opensuse.org/306766) 4) Only show packages which version has changed since the last refresh (see https://features.opensuse.org/306766) 5) Only show installed packages 6) Only show non-installed packages The filters should be toggles/checkboxes, so that it's possible to combine them. Such filters are already available in the smart package manager. Discussion: #1: Todd R (theblackcat) (2009-07-29 00:36:35) I would also have an "only show packages with a specific architecture" filter. #2: Sagi Ben Akiva (sagiben) (2010-07-10 11:12:33) Why this feature was rejected ? I think it would be very useful to add it also to YaST2 web search, and also to add sorting columns. - -- openSUSE Feature: https://features.opensuse.org/306767
