[opensuse-factory] Removable Devices KDE 4.4 - RC1
Good afternoon, I've tried looking around the mailing list without luck, so I apologize if this has been addressed before. When I plug my usb stick I have no trouble mounting/umounting it but it seems that is not being automounted by KDE as it was on 11.2. I've checked that the required options under Removable Devices on System Preferences are enabled. Should I tweak something on HAL configuration? The device notifier (and battery widget) are not put in the systray by default in the betas. Workaround: Simply right click an empty area in the systray -> systray settings -> plasma-widgets -> check "device notifier" (and if relevant for your system also battery). The bug should be fixed for final: http://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=597162 -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-factory+help@opensuse.org
