konsole main and session toolbars
Earlier this year konsole added Main and Session toolbars which could be enabled/disabled via "Settings / Toolbars Shown" I disabled both of those toolbars. Somewhere between TW 20210623 and 20210704 both of those toolbars appeared again but the "Settings / Toolbars Shown" option no longer exists. Right Clicking in the Menu Bar allows you to enable/disable the Main ToolBar and/or the Session ToolBar but those changes are not persistent and after you close the konsole window and reopen they are back. There appears to be no way to permanently disable them again. I figured this was just a mistake and the "Settings / Toolbars Shown" option would return but I updated to 20210726 yesterday and the problem still exists. Is there a way to permanently disable both toolbars that I have missed? I looked through all the settings and I cannot find an option.

Thanks Adam. I looked at the work arounds shown there but my ~/.local/share/kxmlgui5/konsole/ does not contain any files. I created a test user account and ran konsole and turned off the toolbars and its ~/.local/share/kxmlgui5/konsole/ does not contain any files either. I submitted a bug report to the KDE folks too since that seems to be where it was broken. Thanks again!
