Leap 16 feature review meetings will be on Monday 3pm GMT+1

Hello everyone! we're already getting first feature requests against Leap 16.0 at https://code.opensuse.org/leap/features I did schedule a weekly meeting (same slot as in the past Mondays 3-3:30pm GMT+1) to ensure we periodically review them, and open jiras against SLFO/SLES as needed. I expect it to take just a few minutes as we don't really have many requests at the moment. The review is done publicly and the meeting is open to everyone. Details and how to join at: https://calendar.opensuse.org/teams/release/events/feature-review-meeting Many thanks to all who are using code-o-o#leap/features! -- Best regards Luboš Kocman openSUSE Leap Release Manager

The webpage says the scheduled time is "21 Oct 13:00 - 13:30 UTC". But above, you wrote "3-3:30pm GMT+1". That is 14:00 - 14:30 UTC. -- Robert Webb

I was trying to move it to UTC as a base but that will not work for the upcoming session as we're still CEST. So 3-3:30pm GMT+1 is correct. I'd like to move it to UTC later and make it match the 3-3:30pm CET. I'd say people from outside the EU generally prefer UTC based time, we do that for announcements too. Lubos, I'm a bit confused. I don't know whether I am misunderstanding you, or misunderstanding something about time zones, or what. First, I am assuming that "GMT+1" is the same time zone as UTC+01:00. Also, CET is UTC+01:00 and CEST is UTC+02:00. You are in CEST until changing to CET near the end of October. The point I was trying to make was that the [start] time you wrote, 3:00pm GMT+1 ( = 14:00 UTC), is not the same time indicated on the webpage (13:00 UTC). Since 3:00pm GMT+1 is correct, then the webpage has incorrect info. A suggestion for pleasing everyone: You could indicate times as either CET or CEST as appropriate, but also include the UTC offset in parentheses, e.g. 16:40 CEST (+02:00).
Lubos
