I tried to use this, and the nvidia configuration doesn't seem to work. When I turn my computer on I'm on tty1 with the display repainting switching between tty1 and tty7. After some time, things stabilize, and I can type again (something made difficult by the rapid TTY switching) -- and thus change change back to Intel, which works.
To give some background, I attempted to transition from bumblebee to this. I uninstalled bumblebee, bbswitch, virtualgl, primus, and bumblebee-nvidia, then followed your directions. This is what I'm using for the nvidia driver: https://build.opensuse.org/project/show/home:Bumblebee-Project:nVidia:latest
If I try to start x manually -- via xinit -- I get a fatal server error: "(EE) parse_vt_settings: Cannot open /dev/tty0 (No such file or directory)"
My GPU is the 740M. I'm running GNOME tumbleweed. Any thoughts?
I would recommend that you email Bo. He is the package maintainer and is more familiar with this new package. Please provide the exact commands that led up to the fatal server error. Cheers! Roman

Please note from the forum the only variant that is not supported is GNOME Tumbleweed. Newer versions of GDM doesn't really work. Would suggest to use lightdm instead.
