Konsole starts only in superusermode and asks imediate for the rootpassword.

I could not find a way to start konsole in usermode !

Definitely not. But it sounds like you set the "Super-User Mode" as default profile, or created a default profile based on it. There are several ways to fix it: - delete ~/.config/konsolerc and ~/.local/share/konsole (without konsole running) to start clean - create a new profile (or edit the current one), make sure the command is set to "/bin/bash" or similar, and *not* "su -", and set that as default.
