[opensuse-factory] New devel project: Novell:NTS
Hi I would like to propose inclusion of Novell:NTS among devel projects for factory - it contains several useful tools, supportconfig among others. I am sure that their inclusion in factory/tumbleweed (while packages would be developed at Novell:NTS) would be beneficial for everybody. Please feel free to share your thoughts about it Martin Pluskal

I know supportconfig from my day to day job and it is certainly useful for SLES. OTOH can't think of a valid use case for it in openSUSE. Nobody wants to dig through supportconfig output if he is not getting a paycheck for it :-) And the hostinfo RPM is totally unacceptable for any SUSE/openSUSE product. Just the things I found with the first look at the spec file: * security nightmare (fixed name TMPFILE? WTF?) * it does mess around with /etc/profile.local, which is not any package's business. I have not even looked at the script yet.
