[opensuse-factory] Delta beta2-beta3 for x86_64 DVD

Get it from here: http://download.opensuse.org/distribution/10.3-Beta3/iso/delta/openSUSE-10.3... It hasn't been distributed as well as the real ISOs yet, since it was only created today: http://download.opensuse.org/distribution/10.3-Beta3/iso/delta/openSUSE-10.3...
