[opensuse-factory] Switching to Tumbleweed
I'm running 11.3 and I get these dependency problems when running zypper dup --from Tumbleweed from my terminal: Problem: yast2-pkg-bindings-2.19.1-1.11.x86_64 requires libzypp.so.706()(64bit), but this requirement cannot be provided Problem: libzypp-7.9.6-0.3.1.x86_64 requires satsolver-tools = 0.15.2, but this requirement cannot be provided Problem: yast2-pkg-bindings-2.19.1-1.11.x86_64 requires libzypp.so.706()(64bit), but this requirement cannot be provided Problem: yast2-pkg-bindings-2.19.1-1.11.x86_64 requires libzypp.so.706()(64bit), but this requirement cannot be provided Problem: yast2-pkg-bindings-2.19.1-1.11.x86_64 requires libzypp.so.706()(64bit), but this requirement cannot be provided Problem: yast2-pkg-bindings-2.19.1-1.11.x86_64 requires libzypp.so.706()(64bit), but this requirement cannot be provided Problem: yast2-pkg-bindings-2.19.1-1.11.x86_64 requires libzypp.so.706()(64bit), but this requirement cannot be provided The last five problems seem to be duplicates, which was unexpected, but the first two are causing a architecture shift to i585. Right now the yast2 packages are messed up in tumbleweed, so I wouldn't recommend updating them if at all possible. I'll work on resolving this tomorrow. No problem, can I get a quick ACK from you whenever you are done? No rush.)

All should be done now, the yast2 packages will go back to being used from openSUSE:11.3, along with the zypper packages. That experiment didn't work out, sorry for the noise. greg k-h -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-factory+help@opensuse.org
