[opensuse-factory] xrandr --set scaler center

Hi all, after the upgrade from openSUSE 11.2 to 11.3 I am not able to use the command "xrandr --output LVDS1 --set scaler center". The output of the command is: ori@orodruin:~> xrandr --output LVDS1 --set scaler center X Error of failed request: BadName (named color or font does not exist) Major opcode of failed request: 150 (RANDR) Minor opcode of failed request: 11 (RRQueryOutputProperty) Serial number of failed request: 35 Current serial number in output stream: 35 and these are the properties returned by xrandr: ori@orodruin:~> xrandr --prop Screen 0: minimum 320 x 200, current 1366 x 768, maximum 8192 x 8192 LVDS1 connected 1366x768+0+0 (normal left inverted right x axis y axis) 256mm x 144mm EDID: 00ffffffffffff0006af5c2000000000 01120103801a0e780a99859555569228 22505400000001010101010101010101 01010101010196195628500008301810 24000090100000180000000f00000000 00000000000000000020000000fe0041 554f0a202020202020202020000000fe 004231313658573032205630200a00f8 BACKLIGHT: 3 (0x00000003) range: (0,9) Backlight: 3 (0x00000003) range: (0,9) scaling mode: Full supported: None Full Center Full aspect 1366x768 60.0*+ 1024x768 60.0 800x600 60.3 56.2 640x480 59.9 Is this a bug? We switched to KMS. The kernel properties have different names. However it looks like these names are going to converge to a well defined set to make creation of ui config tools easier :) The output of 'xrandr --prop' which you had attached however contains the information you need to put together the command line correctly.
