Imagine naive user that adds mail list opensuse@opensuse.org to his mail account that is accessed via web mail and used to contact friends. No threading and the only used folder is inbox. Long ago, I did exactly that, and the result would be running away from Linux, if there wouldn't be S.u.S.E. believe me: the mail lists do _not_ want all the support request which come to the forums from first time posters wanting to know how to do the most simple tasks... not a day goes by that someone doesn't post something like:

They did come here, years ago. The list could generate easily about 20K emails/year.
