There does still not exist a repodata folder, so the repo is not a valid RPM-MD

This stops us quiet much from using it.

But there is: http://download.opensuse.org/factory/repo/oss/suse/setup/descr/packages.gz

It's a classical yast2 repo.

Could you please file a bug on this an request rpm-md for it?
