Re: [opensuse-factory] New Tumbleweed snapshot 20150802 released!

Updated TW on this machine yesterday and thought the Plasma disasters had gone. However, this morning the KDE Launcher menu produced a kaleidoscope of colour and then froze. Flicking between windows and/or desktops using the keyboard would eventually free it but it would never again show the menu. I've updated the bug report https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=939436 So it's back to 13.2 and KDE4 until Plasma5 gets sorted. -- Graham Davis, Bracknell, Berks. openSUSE 13.2 (64-bit); KDE 4.14.9; AMD Phenom II X2 550 Processor; Kernel: 4.1.3; Video: nVidia GeForce 210 (using nouveau driver); Sound: ATI SBx00 Azalia (Intel HDA) -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org

I've got pretty much the same hardware as you but i am not experiencing your problems CPU: AMD Phenom II X2 550 Processor; Video: nVidia GeForce 210 (using nouveau driver); How does your software compare? openSUSE Tumbleweed (64-bit); KDE Plasma 5.3.2, Qt 5.4.2; Kernel: 4.1.3-2 I looked at your bug report and i also get an occasional crash on logout but its too quick for me to see what it says. There is also a recent comment on it requesting hardware details. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org
