[opensuse-factory] reproducible builds status 2022-09
Hi, this month I went through the games repo and submitted a handful of fixes. I did also rebuild the science repo that traditionally was the main source of trouble with -march=native but did not get to check the results, yet. Ciao Bernhard M. and the autogenerated report: last month's status: https://lists.opensuse.org/archives/list/factory@lists.opensuse.org/thread/K... Last months' reproducible builds project updates (including my work): https://reproducible-builds.org/reports/2022-08/ I uploaded https://rb.zq1.de/compare.factory-20221005/ today https://rb.zq1.de/spec/glossar.txt explains the meaning of below values: total-packages: 14533 (+52) build-tried: 14520 (+51) build-failed: 35 (-28) build-n-a: 230 (-2) build-succeeded: 14255 (+81) build-official-failed+na: 235 (+58) build-compare-failed: 562 (+9) build-compare-succeeded: 13693 (+72) verify-failed: 422 (+53) verified-semi-reproducible: 11699 (+361) bit-by-bit-identical: 13467 (+43) not-bit-by-bit-identical: 788 (+36) not-bit-by-bit-identicalcheck: 788 (+38) https://rb.zq1.de/compare.factory-20221005/graph.png shows the change over time https://rb.zq1.de/compare.factory-20221005/unreproduciblerings.txt lists very unreproducible core packages (bootstrap+DVD) Of the badly unreproducible packages, 5 were in ring0 75 were in ring1 That makes it 80/3316 => 2.41 % which is below the overall average of 562/14255 => 3.94 % 788/14255 => 5.53 % of packages are not perfectly reproducible ==> ./endeavour/.rb.notes <== FTBFS-j1 osc build --vm-type=kvm -j1 --clean --noservice standard ==> ./kubernetes1.24/.rb.notes <== = https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes/issues/110928 random tmpdir unknown/random ==> ./deepin-gettext-tools/.rb.notes <== => SR 1002975 version update toolchain sort python glob ==> ./python-asciimatics/.rb.notes <== = https://github.com/peterbrittain/asciimatics/issues/359 report FTBFS-2038 ==> ./mercurial-extension-hg-evolve/.rb.notes <== = https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1203317 FTBFS-2038 + hg: parse error: date exceeds 32 bits: 2168745807 ==> ./deepin-api/.rb.notes <== ?order? toolchain +++ new//usr/share/dde-api/polkit.tar.gz/polkit/com.deepin.api.device.unblock-bluetooth-devices.policy 2036-07-07 18:24:07.135069949 +0000 ==> ./python-gwpy/.rb.notes <== FTBFS-2027 found range good=1798674352 bad=1798676276 (2026-12-31T00:17:56) ==> ./perl-DBD-MariaDB/.rb.notes <== = https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1203310 mariadb toolchain FTBFS-2038 ==> ./python-softlayer/.rb.notes <== = https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1203311 FTBFS-2038 ==> ./trivy/.rb.notes <== parallelism go1.18 ==> ./python-DateTime/.rb.notes <== = https://github.com/zopefoundation/DateTime/issues/41 FTBFS-2038 ==> ./netty3/.rb.notes <== java ; strip-nd ; javadoc ; random xmvn UUID; date+time ==> ./paranamer/.rb.notes <== javadoc ; xmvn random uuid ; data+time ; other? ==> ./python-mailmanclient/.rb.notes <== does not fail 2038-01-20 found range good=2165766880 bad=2165768805 (2038-08-18T18:26:45) ==> ./gh/.rb.notes <== = https://github.com/cli/cli/issues/6259 FTBFS-2023 found range good=1677932468 bad=1677934393 (2023-03-04T12:53:13) ==> ./python-sortinghat/.rb.notes <== = https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1203310 mariadb toolchain FTBFS-2038 ==> ./python-khal/.rb.notes <== => https://github.com/pimutils/khal/pull/1185 flaky FTBFS #FTBFS-2036 ==> ./make/.rb.notes <== => SR 1001867 date in man pages /usr/share/info/make.info-1 ==> ./tcl/.rb.notes <== = https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1203982 FTBFS-2038 osc build --vm-type=kvm --noservice --clean --build-opt=--vm-custom-opt="-rtc base=2038-01-20T00:00:00" standard ==> ./mercurial/.rb.notes <== = https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1203317 toolchain ==> ./gromacs/.rb.notes <== -j1 failed ==> ./memcached/.rb.notes <== => https://github.com/memcached/memcached/pull/934 split => https://github.com/memcached/memcached/pull/927 FTBFS-2038 ==> ./mozilla-nss/.rb.notes <== found range good=1693787268 bad=1693789193 (2023-09-04T00:59:53) ==> ./qemu/.rb.notes <== ordering (from random or ASLR?) date+time ==> ./rsync/.rb.notes <== => SR 1002273 = https://github.com/WayneD/rsync/issues/366 FTBFS-2038 ==> ./gupnp-igd/.rb.notes <== FTBFS-j1 osc build --vm-type=kvm -j1 --clean --noservice standard ==> ./python-PyMySQL/.rb.notes <== = https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1203310 mariadb toolchain FTBFS-2038 ==> ./python-Django/.rb.notes <== => https://github.com/django/django/pull/10994 FTBFS-2028 to 2038 ==> ./mirrormagic/.rb.notes <== => SR 1005891 parallelism/date ==> ./ocaml-extlib/.rb.notes <== => SR 1005916 parallelism ==> ./python-base/.rb.notes <== => SR 1003076 FTBFS-2038 PGO ==> ./os-autoinst/.rb.notes <== FTBFS-j1 stuck osc build --vm-type=kvm -j1 --clean --noservice standard ==> ./python-Kivy/.rb.notes <== python .pyc ASLR toolchain
