[opensuse-factory] latest snapshot
Hi, Just an FYI, on my Ryzen 2700 cpu and Gigabyte x470 aorus board and RX550 , the latest snapshot with the 4.18 kernel makes it impossible to play steam games....they either don't start, have graphic glitches or just quit suddenly....the previous kernel works fine..... mike -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org

As not many of us have Ryzen processors or even play steam games, there may be bugs in the mainline kernel that escaped detection during the release cycle. It would be helpful if you were to use git to clone the mainline kernel, and bisect between v4.18 (bad) and v4.17 (good) to find the bug. With that high-end hardware, the 13, or so, builds should not take very long.
