[opensuse-factory] No Audio over DisplayPort
I need some advice on where to report this bug. System: Tumbleweed x64 + packman essentials, KDE 5, amdgpu AMD GPU (R9 Fury X) @ 4k Monitor with internal speakers and headphone jack Problem: No sound over DP 1.1 or 1.2 with the internal speakers nor the headphone jack Strange: pavucontrol says the DP cable is unplugged Sound works @: Win10: DP out, digital coax out, analog out TW: digital coax out, analog out However when using DP I can see the sound volume bar jumping up and down in pavucontrol when playing back music etc. Sound is not muted. Is this a regression? That needs to be checked. Generally Tumbleweed bugs can go into Bugzilla, but we need to know whether it happens with a vanilla kernel and whether it is a regression.
