Wouldn't it be desirable to have a newer version in network:otrs:Test to be able to bring it to network:otrs, TW and later Leap 15 (perhaps Leap 42.3 if upgrades would work smoothly)?

For sure....

I see newer versions in home projects and ask myself why there are none in network:otrs:Test.

This is not meant to attack somebody, just a question. There might be good reasons. Please explain :-)
