Hello, I'm working on patch2mail to allow including of updated packages (not only patches) in the mail listing available updates. Given that kpackagekit in 11.4 by default displays both patches and package updates, I tend to make this the default for patch2mail. What do you think? Makes sense? Objections? The behaviour will be configurable in /etc/sysconfig/patch2mail in the PATCHES_ONLY setting. Note: this change only affects openSUSE > 11.4 as long as you stick to the OSS repo. Test packages that include package updates in the notification mail will be available in home:cboltz in some minutes.
