Hi, I recently installed RC1 and would like to point out a few things that I noticed (stability and functionality in general seem to be good otherwise): - To get the internet connection working it is necessary to install a package not included on the DVD: "rp-pppoe". I think it shout be included in the release because internet should work out of the box. - The Desktop-Search "baloo" excludes most files by default (Office, PDF...) from the search-index. It takes some time to get it working properly if you are not an expert. I propose to change baloofilerc accordingly by default. - In YaST there are two devices which, apparently are identically "Services Manager" and "Dienste-Verwaltung". I think one of them could be obsolete. - The (german) Translation is partly incomplete. Some menu items are not translated. - "susehelp" seems to be more than 5 years old. Maybe one day someone is willing to take this to year 2014 or whatever :-) Have a nice day.
