I confirm your findings for that address. A better address for Build 130.2 is https://download.opensuse.org/distribution/leap/15.4/iso/openSUSE-Leap-15.4-... That one downloads with either a wget or from the web page https://download.opensuse.org/distribution/leap/15.4/iso/ Larry
