Pretty much not building and nobody's fixing it? That error has been there since I asked.. why doesn't anything provide geoip-devel anyway (and in any case isn't one fix to remove the geoip feature and patch? :) and how come the breakage is different on ppc64 (php5-fastcgi should be there, right?)
