there is a 0.2 release for 8th of November iirc...
we have 0,1 in unstable playground...
having in mind there is no kde password integration i may say no... on
the other side more exposure may be good fot the project, testers and
maybe even devs

Unless I'm mistaken factory is already feature and version frozen. There's no "stable" release upstream either. But of course telepathy-kde is/will be available in unsupported repos. It says tech preview, and telepathy-kde is not yet released as a part of "KDE Software Compilation", it's still developed in the "Playground" part of the kde infrastructure.
