[opensuse-factory] Missing announcement for Tumbleweed snapshot 20200108
Dear Dominique, it looks like the announcement for 20200108 didn't make it to the list as of now. Which is a pity, since it contains the long awaited 5.4 kernel... While at it, what really bugs me, my private OBS didn't catch the new release as well. Consequently, the evil bits (nvidia) are stuck @ 5.3.12 still. Same issue holds true for https://download.nvidia.com/opensuse/tumbleweed/x86_64/ Is that really due some publishing delays or is something fishy going on? That's really just a timing issue. The snapshot was just put to the public download area - and since I new it would happen and wanted to mention the new kernel in the weekly review, I skipped ahead and did not wait for the announcer. The announcer bot runs hourly only - so it will send out the mail shortly :)

That's also a timing issue - the snapshot is too new for things to have spotted it yet.
Same issue holds true for
it will hopefully catch up Cheers, Dominique

Understood.

Everything is in place now, booted up, and shines brightly. :-) Thanks, Dominique, and sorry for the impatience. I was in kind of a zombie state (after bookkeeping for the *whole* day), but running the all new TW, kicked in my preferred spotify playlist¹, pumped up the volume, things start to settle again. Thank you.
