Hi there, https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=982329 in case you were wondering why running "dracut" is so slow (it takes appr. 1 minute per installed kernel on my systems), using "lvmetad" might be an interesting solution. However, it does not work with certain setups, while using Leap's version of the lvm2 package results in a working and snappy setup again. Please find all details in the listed bug report.
