I posted the workaround after an earlier update: https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=801390 The cause of the problem is a changed layout of the fonts subdirectory, which is only resolved by the un-installation of the application and the removal of /usr/share/calibre Regards, Trent -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org

The calibre-0.9.20-120.1 should not be provided as an update or the rpm should remove the errant directory, /usr/share/calibre. The work-a-round does work but how many users are capable of using it? -- (paka)Patrick Shanahan Plainfield, Indiana, USA HOG # US1244711 http://wahoo.no-ip.org Photo Album: http://wahoo.no-ip.org/gallery2 http://en.opensuse.org openSUSE Community Member Registered Linux User #207535 @ http://linuxcounter.net -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org

Does "%prein" work on rpm -U?, someting like: "rm -rf [base-path]/usr/share/calibre/fonts/liberation*" in %prein would clear that issue even update then. -- Yamaban. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org
