[opensuse-factory] smpppd default install
Just a short question from the support perspective if it is not to late. Up to Opensuse 10.2 kinternet and smpppd were installed by default. A common use case is the use of ISDN and DSL Modems (unfortunately still very common especially in Germany). In 10.3 these packages were not installed by default and this caused a lot of problems for a considerable amount of Opensuse Users. Would it be possible to include kinternet and smpppd again by default? I agree. I had to set this computer up with dial-up modems a few months ago, and I didn't have my 10.3 DVDs, and I was asked to install those packages. They should be included by default. -- Kevin "Yo" Dupuy | Public Mail <kevin.dupuy@opensuse.org> | Yo.media: 225-590-5961 Swift Change for a Green Future: Kat Swift for President www.VoteSwift.org --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-factory+help@opensuse.org
