Re: [opensuse-factory] suse-prime nvidia driver
I use tumbleweed. Bumblebee not installed. Latest Nvidia driver for Tumbleweed used Xsetup accordinly modified Your proposal of blacklisting intel drivers does not make a difference. Try removing the graphics drivers and reinstalling the Nvidia graphics driver and running: mkinitrd && reboot in runlevel3. See if it helps. It could be the driver provided for Tumbleweed. Try the Nvidia driver provided by Nvidia. Make sure you're in runlevel3 when installing. When installing add -aq ie. NVIDIA*run -aq Cheers! Roman Tip: use the --no-x-check and --no-nouveau-check . These makes running the installer from a running desktop possible. I.e. no need for init 3 or whatever.
