For all I can tell 70AF9E8139DB7C82 != 22C07BA534178CD02EFE22AAB88B2FD43DBDC284 which is mentioned on the download page.
It is actually signed by our internal SUSE signing key, not the openSUSE signing key. I can confirm that this was fixed yesterday by Darix. I made it an item on retro https://etherpad.opensuse.org/p/ReleaseEngineering-Leap-15.2-retro-20200706 (currently on line 83) Cheers
