The mirrors are probably just overloaded because the snapshot was a full rebuild due to GCC12 and everyone is downloading everything. -- Jason Craig

IME, Friday PM our time seems to be the start of a routine weekend mirror slowdown here in USA, as if multiple CONUS mirrors were taken offline or throttled.
