[opensuse-factory] Pattern 'x11' is broken in openSUSE 12.2

Dear all, I drop this email to inform that the 'x11' pattern is broken for openSUSE 12.2; I was toying around with kiwi and remastering an iso using openSUSE 12.2 base with MATE Desktop from my test repository, and I got the following error: ======= [*** log excerpt follows, last significant bytes ***] Installing: patterns-openSUSE-gnome_basis-12.2-5.5.1 .....................[done] Additional rpm output: warning: /var/cache/kiwi/zypper/packages/http:__cesium.di.uminho.pt_pub_opensuse_distribution_12.2_repo_oss/suse/x86_64/patterns-openSUSE-gnome_basis-12.2-5.5.1.x86_64.rpm: Header V3 RSA/SHA256 Signature, key ID 3dbdc284: NOKEY + SPID=9146 + wait 9146 + test 0 = 0 + chroot /tmp/moniz-iso zypper --non-interactive --no-gpg-checks --reposd-dir /var/cache/kiwi/zypper/repos --cache-dir /var/cache/kiwi/zypper --config /var/cache/kiwi/zypper/zypper.conf.3870 install --auto-agree-with-licenses --no-recommends ConsoleKit-x11 NetworkManager NetworkManager-gnome NetworkManager-openvpn-gnome NetworkManager-vpnc-gnome SuSEfirewall2 banshee chromium dbus-1-x11 evolution faenza-icon-theme-ambiance grub hicolor-icon-theme-branding-openSUSE iputils ispell-portuguese iw kernel-desktop less libproxy1-networkmanager lightdm-gtk-greeter myspell-portuguese pidgin plymouth plymouth-branding-openSUSE plymouth-plugin-label plymouth-scripts sax2-tools simple-scan syslog-ng transmission-gtk ubuntu-font-family vim vim-enhanced xchat xorg-scripts xorg-x11 xorg-x11-Xvnc xorg-x11-driver-input xorg-x11-driver-video xorg-x11-driver-video-intel xorg-x11-driver-video-intel-legacy xorg-x11-driver-video-nouveau xorg-x11-fonts-core xorg-x11-libX11-ccache xorg-x11-libs xorg-x11-server xorg-x11-server-extra xorg-x11-video-radeonhd yast2 yast2-firstboot yast2-gtk yast2-live-installer yast2-ncurses yast2-theme-openSUSE yast2-users zypper Loading repository data... Related to this issue, yesterday I made a update with "zypper dup", using the repos of KDE 4.9. After the update, I verified that not worked the 3D GL libraries, failed Google Earth, and the 3D screen savers. I tryed to reinstall the ATI Catalyst driver, but it wont uninstall because the GL libraries was modified. The kernel was not updated. The only way to uninstall and reinstall the ATI Catalyst driver was with the option --force. After the forced reinstall of ATI Catalyst driver, all worked fine again. But the question is if there is a way to tell to the system to not overwrite the libraries of the propietary driver. Thanks, Juan -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org
