Yes, I completely agree. I was thinking of raising the same issue.

I don't have a problem with the current factory/13.2 wallpaper. It is as good as that for 11.3, 11.4, 12.1. But the 13.1 was a step above that, and I would like having that as a choice in KDE.

That's not only about wallpapers, consistent background between grub- bootscreen-kdm-wallpaper looks amazing too, that's something that makes openSUSE look more complete and more polished than any other distro, even if those are only simple decorations.
