Dear Fellow Listmates, I was reviewing the booting of openSUSE Milestone 7 and I am still seeing flickering, then switching to black for at least 10 to 15 seconds. The first bootsplash shows a progress bar that goes to 50 percent, flickers, then goes to black. This is then followed by another bootsplash of a different color, that shows the percentage at about 20 percent that does not move for a number of seconds. Then it moves quickly. This is much slower than openSUSE 11.0 - 11.2. I thought there were a number of requests by many users in openFate and it was marked as "Done". Any way to improve the look and speed for RC1? Cheers!
