New Package: Zutty: A high-end terminal for low-end systems

I would like to add Zutty as a package to the Factory. Zutty is a terminal that uses the GPU for low-latency rendering and puts a heavy emphasis on compatibility with commonly found terminal protocols (so no terminfo magic necessary, unlike most other GPU-based ones). It is currently not the most popular GPU terminal, but I think the user base is significant enough to have it conveniently added to openSUSE Factory. The upstream repository is here: https://github.com/tomscii/zutty I packaged it for Tumbleweed here: https://build.opensuse.org/project/show/home:bverhagen:zutty I intend to also support the latest Leaf version. Maintenance effort is relatively low: the terminal is under active development, but the development philosophy is to properly support typical terminal usage and to avoid feature bloat. New versions are released every ~6 months and typically do not introduce new dependencies. I am not the upstream maintainer and do not have any affiliation with them. I am just a happy user that wants to share back the package created for my own convenience. I am willing to maintain the package or support someone in doing so. What are your thoughts on this addition? Feedback on the packaging itself is very welcome too!

Hi Michael, I forgot to mention that, but I opened a request to that exact devel project. You can find the request here: https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/1031202. Thank you for confirming this and thank you for your support! (I just added support for openSUSE Leap 15.4 btw) Kindest Regards, Bart

The description is inaccurate, to put it mildly. zutty(.spec) advertises itself as high-end terminal for low-end systems, except that it appears to use 3x more memory than xterm itself (23 vs 80 on my system). Then, the compile procedure in zutty.spec does not use the distro's %optflags.
