Usually it means: try again :)

Did that twice with the same error, finally chose ignore.

Factory is updated by cron jobs. You can upgrade your system by cron jobs too and zypper will know when there is nothing to do :)

Just a note, it is actually not a cron job, the distribution gets pushed when it build in a kind of consistent state immediatly.
