[opensuse-factory] A submission needs review.

Morning good people, A submission to libindicator has been there for a month, unfortunately I could not find constructive review so far. The submission thus seems out from the radar of the devel branch: https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/786796 Would someone possibly have a look please? btw. Is the package currently in short of maintainers? Thank you! Best wishes, Yifan-- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org

Looks like: https://build.opensuse.org/package/users/X11:Unity/libindicator does not flag an individual as maintainer - and the other individuals in this package have already been reminded. Anyway, 4 weeks is way too long... Can someone from factory-maintainers maybe have a look? It could also be worth moving this package to a different devel repo given that libindicator can be used by most desktops, if not directly then via some form of plugin or extension. So X11:Unity doesn't make as much sense compared to maybe some others. But if people are actively maintaining the package there still its less of an issue but that doesn't seem to be the case. -- Simon Lees (Simotek) http://simotek.net Emergency Update Team keybase.io/simotek SUSE Linux Adelaide Australia, UTC+10:30 GPG Fingerprint: 5B87 DB9D 88DC F606 E489 CEC5 0922 C246 02F0 014B

That part is the most important here: the package is in need of maintainers. Short-term I can always jump in to accept stuff, but that's not the way we want it to be. If somebody would like to take this on, please speak up. The current maintainers seem to have either moved on or are swamped with other tasks in their lives. So they surely won't mind getting an extra pair of hands (short term,Yifan accepted to be makred as maintainer, mainly due to the fact that this package ends up in SLE (for Leap) - and needs to have a formal maintainer there too. Cheers, Dominique
