Install kiwi-desc-livesystem kiwi --prepare /usr/share/kiwi/image/kwliveCD-suse-10.3-<gnome/kde> --root /tmp/kiwi-tmp kiwi --type usb --create /tmp/kiwi-tmp -d /tmp/kiwi-image Plugin a usb stick kiwi --bootstick /tmp/kiwi-image/initrd-usbboot-suse-10.3.i686-2.1.1.gz --bootstick-system \ /tmp/kiwi-image/openSUSE-10.3-RC1.i686-1.3.0 Boot off the disk :) Don't know what other images could be provided other than the live descs we have. You better ask on the kiwi list on how far the development is. Right now it's not possible to provide an image afaik. But all necessary tools are on the DVD, so you svn checkout the description and "burn" your own USB stick. But there is no "image" to download. I managed to create my own image just fine on the weekend though. Even including kde4-klines and kdegames4-carddecks-other as wished by my customer ;) Greetings, Stephan -- SUSE LINUX Products GmbH, GF: Markus Rex, HRB 16746 (AG Nürnberg) --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-factory+help@opensuse.org
