[opensuse-factory] Instlux (Windows Local Installer): Does it work? Is it tested?
I was going through some old FATE requests and found this little "gem": https://features.opensuse.org/311047 Before looking at this "feature request", I had no idea this thing existed. It seems to be referring to this thing called Instlux (which I edited to include): https://en.opensuse.org/SDB:Instlux It seems that this thing is still included with the latest Leap releases, yet I have never seen this mentioned by anyone, nor is it included in the Google Docs test matrix. Does this thing even work, and is it tested properly? I can only find a handful of bugs in Bugzilla about it, and nothing within the past year (Google search) on any of the mailing lists. - Karl Cheng (Qantas94Heavy) -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org
I'm still now maintaining Instlux, since 4 years ago.
Also testing at most versions of Windows, including latest
versions (Windows 10 and Windows Server 2016).
I'm now planning to combine _LOCAL variant (for DVD image),
and _NET variant (for download site), and enable version select
(13.2, Leap 42.1, 42.2, etc.).
Check this OBS' project for future version.

Interesting, thanks for maintaining this package all this time. Every day you learn something new... If it is indeed tested and works properly, we should probably advertise this option more, as well as adding it to the list of things to test. :) - Karl Cheng (Qantas94Heavy) -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org
