This should be resolved as soon as packman will publish a new chromium-ffmpeg file.
What is wrong and how do I repair it?
Just some under the hood changeds from Google with regards to naming of libraries. This is already resolved and was already discussed on the mailinglits and on a bugreport. What is wrong and how do I repair it? Your chromium and chromium-ffmpeg versions don't match.
Either update chromium-ffmpeg too (an updated version is available in Packman meanwhile, there was a build problem that caused a delay), or install chromium-ffmpegsumo instead.
