[opensuse-factory] new package: mosh

Mosh is a remote terminal application that allows roaming, supports intermittent connectivity, and provides intelligent local echo and line editing of user keystrokes. Mosh is a replacement for SSH. It's more robust and responsive, especially over Wi-Fi, cellular, and long-distance links. More details can be found on the project's page: [1] The project is actively developed on this [2] github repository. Several distribution like debian, fedora, ubuntu and gentoo already include mosh on their base repositories. It would be great if openSUSE could do the same. The mosh package can be found inside of the networking repository: [3] The package does not build on SLE because some dependencies are missing. I got the package build also on SLE inside of this home project [4].
