There is no output - the machine just reboots. Already 4 times today. This did not happen with earlier kernels up to 2.6.16-rc5-git2-9.

The last one I tried before was 2.6.16_rc5_git2-2 (beta6). I always had the betas on production systems running stable on loaded systems for 2 weeks without reboot. The beta8 is the first one hanging after 2 days.

/var/log/messages is totally normal.
